Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) 15 is the hub of child care information in Delaware County. ELRC 15 provides you and your family with information on quality child care and personalized child care referrals to providers based on your specific needs or preferences. ELRC 15 also administers the Child Care Works subsidized child care program.
